WWE officials are discussing having Conor McGregor appear at WrestleMania 39.
We previously and first reported (read below) on April 7th 2022 on WWE’s desire to have the “Notorious MMA” appear at the “Granddaddy of them all” WrestleMania 39 in Hollywood, CA.
Vince McMahon was the original person involved with the idea of having Conor McGregor appear at a WrestleMania due to the natural progression of MMA fighters evolve into “Sports Entertainers”.
Triple H also very much sees great drawing potential in having Conor McGregor appear at WrestleMania 39 and a possible team up with Ronda Rousey could be in the cards.
McGregor’s last fight in UFC was at “UFC 264” vs Dustin Poirier in July 2021.
His overall UFC record remains at an impressive 22-6-0.
Triple H has a close relationship with Ronda Rousey and she is being designated as a point of contact for between Conor McGregor and WWE.
Ronda Rousey has been treated very well in her WWE career including receiving a multi-million dollar contract along with a light schedule which WWE will undoubtably do the same for McGregor.
Triple H sees a WrestleMania 39 guest starring Conor McGregor as a major ticket seller and would love to have the “Notorious MMA” on the card.
