“This is not a prediction, this is a spoiler.” – Paul Heyman
WWE is currently negotiating a mega match between two former World Heavyweight UFC Champions.
We previously reported on NJPW’s interest in bringing in Cain Velazquez. (Read below)
WWE has now entered the picture in the bidding war for Cain’s services and a big money contract is being prepared.
AEW and NJPW are also in the running but the general census feeling is that WWE can offer more money than any other company and with WWE’s success of handling the transition of Brock Lesnar’s career of UFC star turned WWE star Cain is said to be intrigued about the possibility of working with WWE, Brock and Paul Heyman.
No contracts have been signed at the time of this report, but the wheels are in motion.
Brock Lesnar brutally attacked Rey Mysterio and his son Dominic on RAW this week.

The ground work for a Brock Lesnar vs Cain Velazquez mega match at WrestleMania 36 or possibly WWE Crown Jewel In Saudi Arabia would be this attack as Rey and Cain are Mexican along with being good friends.
Cain Velazquez would “avenge” the attack on his friend Rey Mysterio and his son.
The Brock Lesnar vs Cain Velazquez build to WrestleMania 36/Crown Jewel would be explosive and would fit nicely into FOX’s plans to present SmacKDown in a more “real” professional sports manner.
WrestleMania 36 takes place April, 5th 2020 from Tampa, FL.
Crown Jewel takes place October, 31st 2019 from Saudi Arabia.
