The Queen of the WWE Universe is prepping for her long awaited return.
Charlotte Flair has not been seen since her last match at WrestleMania Backlash on May 8th in a losing effort against Ronda Rousey in a “I Quit” match for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship.
WWE officials had originally intended for Charlotte Flair to return earlier but felt that with a bolstering Women’s roster and Bianca Belair and Ronda Rousey both active there was no need to bring Charlotte back so soon.
WWE officials also wanted to give the WWE Universe a “break” from Charlotte Flair as they felt that the audience and viewers were getting worn out of her winning all the titles.
As WrestleMania season slowly comes around one of the major plans in place is for a Bianca Belair vs Charlotte Flair WWE RAW Women’s Championship match to headline a major premium live event.
WWE is discussing Charlotte Flair to return in time for the Women’s Royal Rumble match on January 28th 2023 in San Antonio, TX.
WWE has discussed a RAW Women’s Championship Charlotte Flair vs Bianca Belair match to take place at WrestleMania 39.
