WWE has been developing return plans for Alexa Bliss to take place in 2022 and also WWE Women’s Championship opportunities.
WWE is discussing for Alexa Bliss to return in time for the 2022 Royal Rumble weekend and WWE officials still consider Bliss one of the women’s division top stars and one of the top WWE merchandise sellers.
WWE is also developing programs for Alexa Bliss and laying out a strong road map for Bliss from the Royal Rumble to SummerSlam.
One of the creative plans that has been pitched to Vince McMahon is for Alexa Bliss to be one of the favorites to win the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match. WWE feels Alexa Bliss has a fresh character that will be a welcome change to the women’s championship scene in 2022.
