Brock Lesnar has not been seen in a WWE ring since WrestleMania 36 in 2020 and now The Beast Incarnate is on a rampage path back to the WWE Universe.

We previously reported (read below) on WWE working a new deal with Brock Lesnar which at the time of this writing will be similar to his previous WWE deals where Brock Lesnar agrees to work a specific amount of dates per year and Vince McMahon thus selects which dates/shows for him to appear.

Vince McMahon had been in communication with Brock Lesnar but both sides felt it was better to not have him appear until live crowds were allowed back into arenas. Mr. McMahon did not want to waste any guaranteed Brock Lesnar dates on virtual crowds at the Thunder Dome since Brock only had a limited amount of dates per year.

The backstage census is that Brock Lesnar will be inserted directly into a WWE Championship program upon his return.

WWE officials are discussing programs with Bobby Lashley/Drew McIntyre on RAW and Roman Reigns on SmackDown.

WWE wants to make SummerSlam a grand attraction this year (read below) and a returning Brock Lesnar will certainly bring hype and excitement to the event.
