AEW “Grand Slam” is shaping up to be an annual big show for AEW. Many big names returned to AEW in time for ALL OUT weekend and now the promotion is looking forward to “Grand Slam”.
AEW is looking to make a big splash at the New York City event with a loaded show stacked with AEW Championship title matches and big AEW stars on the card.
AEW officials are discussing title changes to happen at the event as AEW wants to make this an annual big show.
AEW only holds 4 annual big pay-per-views per year and Tony Khan wants big “AEW TV Specials” to also be major milestones in AEW programming. The plan is for “Grand Slam” “Winter Is Coming” AEW Dynamite episodes to be major tv specials that will see big matches and moments.
AEW “Grand Slam” will be a packed 4 hour show with a special 2 hour “Rampage” episode taped along with a 2 “Dynamite” live episode.
