Joe Gacy (real name Joseph Ruby) signed a developmental deal with WWE in August 2020 and reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL on October 7th 2020.
Joe Gacy made his WWE televised debut on the July 2nd, 2021, episode of 205 Live.
WWE officials are impressed with his in-ring work, microphone promo skills and managerial skills as he managed “Harland” aka Parker Bordeaux while in NXT 2.0.
Triple H sees a new Bray Wyatt in the making and someone who could take over that dark, villain character in the the WWE Universe.
Joe Gacy is a huge fan of Bray Wyatt’s work and in many ways views him as a inspiration to many of his own material.
WWE is awaiting for the right situation to bring in Joe Gacy and do not want to rush his main roster debut.
