“The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar has arrived and he is set to become the face of SmackDown on FOX.

We have reported since March, 2019 that FOX is looking to present SmackDown in a more real sports way and Brock Lesnar is a top choice for this new game plan.

Brock Lesnar is a former UFC World Heavyweight Champion and a former NCAA Division I Heavyweight Champion. These career accomplishments are what FOX needed to usher in a new era of SmackDown.

SmackDown will be replacing the gap left by the departure of UFC on the FOX/FS1 networks and the presentation will be in a much more pro sports manner rather than a “Sports Entertainment” show.

SmackDown October 4th from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA

Brock Lesnar vs Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship takes place on the SmackDown on FOX premier October, 4th

The plan now is for Brock Lesnar to capture the WWE Championship in short order and to bring legitimacy to the Blue Brand.

After years of RAW being the dominant brand it is refreshing to see SmackDown become the “A Show”
