Heel Bayley is now unleashed.
WWE made the decision to turn “The Hugger” heel based off the fact that her as a face wasn’t generating newer fans or selling merchandise.
WWE officials felt her character was outdated and needed this heel turn to give her a new look heading into Friday Night SmackDown on FOX.
Bayley is said to be excited with new character and look and was waiting for this moment to turn heel, something she’s been wanting to do.
The plan now is for Bayley to have a solid run as SmackDown Women’s Champion and her along with Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss will be the main female stars on the SmackDown show.
