WWE and UFC have quite the relationship as many former UFC stars such as Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, Cain Velazquez and Matt Riddle joined WWE as a second chapter to their careers.
WWE will soon add Jon “Bones” Jones to that list.
WWE officials are interested in signing the 6’4” current and two-time undisputed UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones.
The intrest is mutual and Jon Jones is eager to join the WWE Universe. The chance to make big money while not having to risk serious injuries is a opportunity that Jones is looking to take advantage of.
The main program that interests Jon Jones is a high profile match with Brock Lesnar and Lesnar has been key in the recruiting of Jon Jones to WWE.
Brock has informed Jon Jones on all the money making opportunities there are in WWE especially as a UFC star.
The Jon Jones vs Brock Lesnar fight almost happened in UFC before a 15-month suspension in 2018 for Jones ended those plans.
Now the former UFC stars could make the face off happen in a WWE ring. With so many UFC stars transitioning to full time WWE roles we are sure Jon “Bones” Jones would make an excellent addition to the WWE Universe.
