WWE is one of the most competitive companies to work for in the entire world. Wrestlers compete weekly to get their shot at Championships and move up in the WWE hierarchy.
When Vince McMahon looks at a talent and starts determining how big of a star he or she can become there are three main components that he looks for. Appearance and skill are the most common but there is one attribute that Vince McMahon looks for when deciding on plans for a WWE SuperStar.
That attribute is MENTAL TOUGHNESS, this is one of the most important factors to Vince McMahon and he will test your mental toughness on any given night. The recent losses Ricochet has been enduring lately is a mental toughness test by Vince McMahon.
Vince McMahon will deliberately have you lose for consecutive weeks to “see if you can swim in the deep end” as he says. He will test your mental toughness with losses to see if you can bounce back and handle the pressure of being a WWE Superstar.
Most always fail this test because most talents automatically think that they are being “Buried” and do not realize that Vince McMahon is testing them to see if they are ready for bigger challenges. Most talents immediately get frustrated and let that effect their performances.
In Vince McMahon’s eyes if you are a WWE SuperStar you should be grateful and do your job professionally just like any other job.
