The WWE/NXT future of Mauro Ranallo is now in doubt.
During NXT Takeover War Games Corey Graves sent out tweets suggestion Mauro was not a good announcer and he was not letting the other two commentators Beth Phoenix and Nigel Mcguinness get comments in.
Mauro Ranallo deleted his Twitter on Saturday night and informed WWE officials he was not going to be commentating Survivor Series on Sunday or NXT this week.
Mauro Ranallo has long been battling with being bipolar {a affective disorder condition that causes you to have mood swings of mania and depression} and recently Showtime did a documentary on Mauro and his battle with bipolar disorder titled “BIPOLAR ROCK ‘N’ ROLLER”
We have included the teaser and full Bipolar Rock ‘N’ Roller documentary below if you would like to learn more about this condition Mauro Ranallo and millions more battles with with all over the world. It is a fascinating and educating inside look and we highly recommend it.
Triple H was especially upset with Graves because Triple H was the one that got Mauro back into WWE after his falling out with JBL that caused Mauro to leave WWE and the SmackDown commentary position.
Triple H reached out to Mauro Ranallo and gave him the lead NXT commentary position as hunter is a huge fan of Mauro’s commentary skills.
After receiving a talk from Triple H and tons of backlash online Corey Graves issued a apology on this weeks After The Bell podcast.
“What’s up, everybody? Welcome to After The Bell, I am Corey Graves. A ton to get to this week as we do every week but before we go any further, on a personal note, I needed to address something. This past Saturday, during the ‘Takeover: WarGames’ event, I sent out a tweet. It was an unpopular opinion, as I often do with the intention of just stirring up a little controversy, maybe have something fun to talk about on TV or here on the show. It was maybe not the most professional way to go about things, and it was never meant to offend or disrespect or disparage anybody. That was never my intention. If it was taken as such, I apologize deeply. That was not my intention. I would never intentionally cause anybody undue stress, especially a co-worker. So, I apologize.”
Mauro Ranallo’s WWE future is up in the air and Vince McMahon and Triple H are not pleased with Corey Graves.
This is just another example to watch what and how you express yourself on social media, it may affect people more than you think.
