Cody Rhodes and the ELITE have a deep rooted real life friendship as the group was directly responsible of the creation of AEW in 2019.
Since then Cody Rhodes has moved on to WWE attempting to finish his fathers legacy and “Finish The Story”
Cody Rhodes won the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble match for the second straight year and is headed to main event WrestleMania 40.
During his post match celebration Cody Rhodes stood on the turnbuckle and made 2x too sweet signs for the Young Bucks and a goodbye & goodnight sign for Kenny Omega.
This was an intentional showing of love that Cody Rhodes still has for his ELITE brothers and only time will tell if they ever are reunited again.
