WWE is planning a blockbuster match for HollyWood in 2021.
WWE announced WrestleMania 37 to take place March, 28th 2021 from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. and WWE officials are attempting to book a mega match for the “showcase of immortals”.
WWE has always wanted to do another high profile Rock match at WrestleMania but the Rock’s filming schedule has always kept him unavailable to compete at recent WrestleMania’s.
WWE is making plans early for next year’s WrestleMania and The Rock is being discussed to face Brock Lesnar or Roman Reigns.
• The Rock vs Brock Lesnar – Vince McMahon has been salivating at the chance to book this match. The Rock and Brock Lesnar originally had a match at SummerSlam in 2002. This time both stars are much more famous and the mainstream media attention this match would bring in 2021 would be outstanding. This is a match Mr. McMahon has kept up his sleeve as a ace to pull out in big situations and there will be no bigger show than WrestleMania 37 in HollyWood.
• The Rock vs Roman Reigns – This is another match WWE had tried booking but outside commitments have always interfered. The story WWE would tell would be cousin vs cousin, and would be a personal storyline compared to the headliner blockbuster match against Brock. Vince McMahon would want The Rock’s mainstream media fame to help boost the career of Roman Reigns.
Both of these matches would for sure be the headliners of WrestleMania 37 and WWE booking The Rock for next year’s show is one of the companies top priorities.
If the Rock is unable to compete in a match at WrestleMania 37 then WWE will try to induct The Rock into the WWE Hall Of Fame during WrestleMania 37 weekend.
WWE is planning for WrestleMania 37 to be huge. There’s nothing like showtime in HollyWood and the WWE Universe could be in for one hell of a show.
