WWE is discussing freshen up Asuka’s character in the coming months and have her go on a dominant run. WWE has mentioned in recent creative meetings for Asuka to turn heel into her Japanese alter-ego Evil Murder Clown “Kana”.
This evil character was portrayed by Asuka while on the Japanese indie circuit before she joined WWE.
WWE officials feel this will freshen up Asuka’s character and give her new momentum going into WrestleMania season and beyond.
