WWE is doing everything they can to avoid the inevitable, AEW Dynamite overtaking WWE RAW in ratings.
WWE has made major changes to this week’s RAW episode including announcing that BIG E will supposedly cash-in his MITB briefcase as a way to keep RAW ahead of AEW Dynamite in the ratings.
AEW Dynamite did not beat Raw in overall viewership but Dynamite did beat Raw in the key 18-49 demo for the first time in history.
Dynamite had 681,000 viewers from the 18-49 demo, while Raw had 678,000 from the 18-49 demo.
We previously reported how WWE is reacting to the major ALL OUT PPV last week and now with AEW picking up speed and coming close to overtaking RAW, WWE and Vince McMahon are going into straight “war mode”.
