Madison Square Garden is their first choice due to the long history the arena has with professional wrestling but a event at the Barclays Center would be just as explosive.
Madison Square Garden is the home of the WrestleMania 1 and many still view the garden as the Mecca Of WWE.
AEW is looking to run major arenas and stadiums in 2020.
If sides can come to a agreement a AEW in NYC event would take place in late 2019/early 2020.
