WWE is looking to have the two biggest female superstars in the world face off one-on-one at a upcoming ppv.
Becky Lynch successfully retained her RAW Women’s Championship against by beating Shayna Baszler at WrestleMania 36. WWE is now moving forward with plans for a highly anticipated blockbuster marquee match between Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey.
The plan for Becky beating Shayna was for THE MAN to overcome another insurmountable odd and check another name off her hit list. With mostly all other female WWE SuperStars out the way Becky Lynch now sits alone on top the throne once again.
WWE signed Ronda Rousey in 2018 and she is currently still signed with WWE until early 2021. WWE has kept these two titan women stars separate from each other with the intention of having a big match at a big ppv.
WWE is discussing Becky Lynch vs Ronda Rousey to take place at WrestleMania 37 in Los Angeles or possibly even at SummerSlam in Boston.
With so many events still in a frozen pattern due to the correct situation with the pandemic, WWE will have to wait and see what direction they go with creatively.
